Triumph rocket 3 tfc

Hi all,

I'm trying to get my local triumph dealer to order some triumph rocket 3 tfc handlebars and Risers for my rocket 3 gt but unfortunately triumph will not put the order in unless I have a tfc plaque number with the vin number so I was wondering if someone would be able to let me use there plaque number and vin number so I can order the bars and risers.

I think that sounds like a reasonable request. However on further reflection, there may be some specific reason Triumph does not want to allow us to have these parts for non-TFC bikes. If you think about all the fake Chevy SS cars that were never built as SS cars. Could be a good thing to hold back general availability of the TFC parts.

Isn't the TFC just equipped with R bars and risers? Or do you just want the risers in black?

Just a quick update with me trying to order some handlebars and risers for the TFC rocket. I managed to get a vin number and build number from a TFC rocket as my local triumph dealer requested but Triumph wouldn't release the parts to my local triumph dealership unless I could prove I owned the bike. I suppose it's a good thing Triumph are doing this.

I bought TFC handlebar 1 year ago from dealership, there was no such bar/rule. Perhaps call other dealership and try ordering from there?

Hi,
I have tried ordering online as well with Triumph but I expect Triumph are tightening up and not allowing anyone to purchase any TFC parts unless you can prove ownership which is probably a good thing. I will just get the "r" bars for my gt once I get it back on the road.
