I bought the Triumph Rocket 3 Storm 2026 Satin Baja Orange (love that color) which is only offered on the R model
But I also like the Front Foot Controls riding position !
I also noticed on long rides that I like to change riding positions and was looking into adding mid-position footrests (not a lot of info on that)
So here are my instructions if you'd like that setting !
After purchasing and installing the A9770249 Front Foot Control Kit black (880$ CDN + tx)
You need to leave the following 6 pieces installed (from the mid-control) on the Rocket
21 Bracket Sidestand T2082465
3 Control Plate LH T2082325
4 Heel Guard LH T2082826
1 Mount, Control Plate RH T2082321
2 Control Plate RH T2082326
5 Heel Guard RH T2082827
keep Footrest (17) LH T2082668 handy
The A9770249 Front Foot Control Kit will cannibalize parts of the current footrests ...
So you will need to purchase the following pieces (272$ CDN + tx):
2 x Rubber footrest T2082336 20$ CDN ea.
2 x Pin Pivot Footrest T2080546 9$ CDN ea.
2 x Circlip Ext 8 x 0.89 T3500207 4$ CDN ea.
2 x Return Spring Footrest T2089638 9$ CDN ea.
1 x Peg Bank Angle 9.2mm T2085164 18$ CDN
1 x Footrest RH Black T2082667 170$ CDN
You will notice that I did not include 2 x Triumph Metal Insert Footrest T2082506 because at 144$ CDN each I decided to 3D print the part instead !
Using two M5x12 bolts to secure the Rubber to the footpeg.
Assemble and then install on the Rocket.
Doesn't kill the look and so useful !
