The letter I got asking me to go online to do another survey is my 1 year customer satisfaction survey. It asks all the usual stuff; would you buy another Triumph, how was your dealer, etc.

The strangest thing was at the end when it asked if I knew anyone with a Kawasaki so they could take them off all their contact lists!

Well, that explains that.

Everyone would crap if I showed up at ES on the KLR. It would make the trip just fine but I would have the worse case of numb butt in the whole world.
