Triumph coolant not available

Hello,
Rocket 3r needs following coolant as per manual
A9610046 HD4X OAT COOLANT

Triumph dealer(s) is saying that they dont have A9610046 HD4X OAT COOLANT.
Triumph Dealer saying use this instead but remove old coolant first and dont mix these two.

Can i mix them?
Why dealer said that dont mix these two?
What if I mix two of them?

I need to top up the coolant as its running low in small white plastic tank behind radiator.

Zerex G-05 in the gold jugs is Hybrid OAT and compatible by the label. I'm using it in mine.

I'm confident there is aftermarket coolant that would work as well, but I haven't done the compatibility research across types (not brands). When the bike is cool, if you still have coolant in the white overflow tank you are okay (even if below the full line). You just don't want it empty (when cool).

I'd rather put some distilled water in the overflow tank than the wrong type of coolant. Be careful the HOAT is easily confused with the OAT. Sometimes the H is spelled out (Hybrid OAT) and sometimes it is not (HOAT) depending on manufacturer. .

Have you ridden in extreme temperatures....either below freezing or above 100F?

That sure sounds right and makes sense, but I will say that my bike overheated once and after topping up the coolant (just low in the overflow) it hasn't overheated again in probably 5,000 miles. Probably just a coincidence though.

I replaced mine with Zerex G-05 in the gold jugs is Hybrid OAT (same as @stingray). 25,000 miles ago and changing again this month. Not sure about mixing it with stock. I'd go ahead and drain and refill.

I'd go so far as to fill and drain with plain water in between changing coolants
