Transmission Woes

IF i remember correct i had the 1/2 breaker bar with a 2 1/2 foot cheater bar. if that is a 3/8 ratchet and 3/8 extensions theres no way
Fair. I'm rigging a sturdier way and about to go grab a breaker bar and pipe
 
not worked on the bike yet but on my montero sport sometimes use a car jack under the ratchet end if there is need for some extreme force to get things moving. Specially if there is not enough space to use a cheater bar
 
Prepping everything I can while waiting on my rotor puller. How do I split the cases with the cam timing chain still there? I've seen in another thread that I don't have to get into the head to split the cases, but I'm not sure how
 
Then you simply remove a the bolts holding the lower and upper cases together

Black engines have a few pry points front and rear that allow you work the cases apart...I assume the silver engines do to?
