G'day,
I have just bought a new-to-me R3 2005, it has the gel touring seat (without the backrest hole) and the seller also has one with the backrest hole in it.
They look identical apart from the riders backrest hole.
This is what's on it:
This is like what he has (with rider's backrest):
He is asking AUD$500 extra and he will swap the seats and supply the fabled unicorn of parts- the riders backrest.
Is it worth it? are these seats any different other than the backrest hole? I am concerned that the seat has less padding at a very important position, the tailbone.
All guidance appreciated.
