Thunderbike's Rocket III Oversize TBars 1.5

I've ordered a set of these Rocket III 1.5" Oversize TBars from the Kiwi's. Are there any special tips or warnings I need to heed, from anyone's past experience with installing them? Someone I think mentioned some difficulty with reinstalling the OEM bar ends... Is that an issue?
