Throttle body sync guages

This has got me stummped , in Tune ECU we sync our throttle bodies using the manifold pressure gauges in the diagnostics tab , no worries. Now when looking at the 3 vacum pipes one off each throttle body , hits a joiner and converges into one larger pipe that runs to the MAP sensor , how is it possible to have separate readings then ? Is there other sensors else where that give manifold pressure readings ?

As you say, a puzzle. I have a set of manual gaiges which I have used over the years to tune my bikes and the only way to do that was to connect each one separately.
I bought a new R1 in 2002 and kept it for 6 years. It was the last model with carbs and had the raw edge over the later FI ones. I used to balance the carbs on that every few months. You never noticed them going off as you had so much power but after you'd balanced it would pull your arms out of their sockets much like the Rocket. It was another reason for buying the Rocket as I've never had that feeling since.

I used to own a Morgan Carbtune to syn up various Vmax's ive owned over the years , you sure do notice a well synced bikes power delivery

The ECU figures out which cylinder is sucking by using the Crank Position Sensor. Therefore it can tell the vacuum in each throttle body using just the one vacuum sensor as there is a substantial gap between sucks.

Im guessing that with the extra bleed nipples on the throttle bodies you could still use your manual gauges to tune the throttle bodies
