No. They don't have a Rocket specific system, so the decibel rating of each pipe would change depending on what bike you put it on.

And the remark about the Germans... HAHAHA. So true. I've never met a people who have such a high regard for rules. Germany is a safe, clean country with awesome drivers as a result... but it's still funny.
