the rocket has landed

they will. I don't think its their fault. I believe the issues mentioned were on triumphs end. It was built 1/11 and I think they were rushing it so it could get to me. I have a lot of faith in the dealer.

When the bike was shipped to you it was in a crate and several pieces. The dealer had to put the handlebars on, maybe the wheels and other stuff. Its their job to go through it and make sure everything is right......It doesnt mean they suck or anything but just ride it over there and ask them to give it the once over and explain the situation. I am sure they will have no problems taking care of you! ;)

Checking the oil level on these is tricky. They need to be run for awhile to pump all the oil out of the sump and into the tank. If you just check them cold the level may look low but some of the oil might have leaked into the engine. The full mark is very close to the max as well. If you overfill it the excess will blow out of the bike like a fountain.
If it's just a tad low from some drips, don't even worry about it until the first service.

Does it spit on the ground any when it's just filling the sump(from sitting)?
