Tors are pretty much bolt on, as for the filter.. THE filter as in K&N underseat?( a slot in ) Or the triple filters?.. easy to do follow Miami Daves old post.

When installing your TORs, do not tighten any of the bolts until you get it all fitted together. I've done it twice with the same results, some of us just never learn. 
The underseat K&N is really a waste of money. The three K&Ns (RU2780) along with the proper tune will net you something in the neighborhood of 20 more horsepower. Sidecar Flip has them for sale on his site. You also need a small filter for the breather and one for the IAT sensor, unless you do as I did and cut a hole in one of the K&Ns and insert it there. Don't leave it in the stock intake housing as it will now be in stagnant air and read much too high.
As I'm sure you know, the Bearclaw on the R3T is different. It attaches with two saber mounts and a bolt up front. The K&Ns will fit underneath with a bit of twisting, but the rear filter will be making quite a bit of contact with the Bearclaw. I chose to cut mine down to expose the bottom of the filters.
There are tunes available for most configurations. I have probably loaded at least a half dozen different tunes while working with Wayne to get the set up right for the R3T. There is a post on the other site with most of the tunes available for download. Wayne has not posted them on his site yet, but if you ask I'm sure he'll also send them to you.

It takes about an hour to install, two if you take your time and there are ample write-ups here on how to do it and trust me it is a worth while mod. The cost is minimal, around $150.00 or a little more but well worth it and yes they will fit under your bear claw or you can buy a cut down bear claw or cut your own bear claw down.

With the 3-under-the-bearclaw approach, is there a problem with rain? Can you ride in the rain without the intake ingesting water?
Can you let the bike sit out in the rain without water running down into the intakes?

The breather is a hose that plugs into your airbox. Its tough to get your hands in there, but not a big deal. The IAT is a sensor that plugs into your intake tract. When you're under the tank removing the piece of the intake that covers the throttle bodies, look inward a bit and you'll see the plug. It just pops out.

Little trick with this... take the clamp off the filter, hang it over the crankcase breather pipe loose.
Then the filter is flexible enough to be wiggled in there easy-peasy. Feed it over the pipe and into the clamp.
Worked out after skinning knuckles and shouting a lot first.
You should be good to go. Check post number 8 under the Trading Tunes section on that other site for the tune for that set-up.
I started with a version of that tune and after a couple of dyno runs and sending the results to Wayne he finally got his hands on an R3T, made a few more changes and dyno'd that tune at 138 HP/150 TQ. You should be quite happy with the improvement.
