New or used!

1. The regular keys on your key fob keychain can start the bike, take them off of the key chain and put AT LEAST one of them in the spare key drawer!
2. Order a spare smart key fob now!
3. On the keychain will be a four digit code on a metal plate thingy. Write this down next to your kids SS numbers

If you loose all the keys that start the bike, because you didn't do this you will need to buy a brand new security unit, because safety measures won't let you program new keys to a unit without one that works. If your already at this step don't worry! New security units come with two keys!

That 4 digit code? It tells Triumph what cut of key your bike has. Surely Triumph has this on file right? LOL, LAMO even!

Don't be me. Just got my bike running again 4 days ago.

So how many non fob (regular) keys did you get? I only got one with my 2025, i.e. the fob key and the regular key.

I bought mine used. It had one fob and 2 keys. Dunno why.

I'm telling you, put that regular key with the lock code in a drawer, keep using the smart key, and order another key set now. The keys are all cut in Britain and it takes months dude.

The 25 model only come with 1 regular key but older models came with 2. It even tells you somewhere in your owners manual you only get 1 normal key.

I have one of them rubber key chains on my keyfob keyring with my phone number on it. Hopefully it I ever lose it someone will call me. Maybe ill add call me for $100 bill.

Great point but I have something to add

local car guy can duplicate the wireless part of rocket key to any compatible car key, ( which shares the same chip )

Rocket 2.5L metal part of key shares volkswagon cut and thickness

for ~ $100 you can have working spare rocket fob key with the cut
