Update: 31/8/11 - SYDs arrived at 8.30am to work on my bike. Time now is gone 10:30pm and the bikes is 95% sorted and rebuilt. Buggered because Triumph in their infinite wisdom decided to use Castle Nuts (a 31mm and 38mm) and of course I dont have those. So, as soon as I get those I can torque down the 2 bolts holding the frame and swingarm on and then the bike is finished. I got a **** load of photos and videos of the process and will post afterwards.
ps. Triumph installed the bearing in the wrong way on my TDSU and although the bearing/cage hadnt broken up, there was some serious slop in the bearing movement.
pps. Didnt take the frame off the bike - pivotted the frame on the front engine mounts to gain access to the TDSU panel.
Update 1/9/11:
Check out the slop...

In order to complete the rebuild, I need to torque down the frame to the engine and the swinging arm. Both need castle nuts - 31mm and 38mm - these parts (from the manual):
Anybody any ideas where I can get these or similar today?
Triumph want £65 for the two sockets

going to see about cutting down a 31mm and 38mm normal socket with the a grinder.
Quiz time... Which one do you think Triumph fitted?
