Guys anyone Know if the newer style Triumph tank badge will fit on a earlier tank as I think they are mounted on posts that go into the tank also anyone got a part number

you can grind the posts off and use 3m automotive adhesive....that stuff is strong!

The posts are simply locator pins. The new badges come with 3M tape already installed...just peel off the backing and apply. So far I know they fit 05 thru 13 standards and roadsters
