I haven't, but they look similar to a set of customized bars that a Rocket owner in Oz had on his bike...he's selling his due to health problems I believe.
They do look pretty good...the ones from Thunderbike.

I think the short answer is no. Someone either here or on the other site tried and as I recall couldn't get them to work. The mounting is different than the Standard/Classic models.
Have you emailed the Thunderbike guys and asked them? Perhaps they're working on modifications to the bars to make them work for the R3T.

I'm afraid the riser centres are wider on the Touring so our TBars aren't suitable.
