2013 Rocket 3 Touring
Well i wrecked my rocket and have been looking for another bike, the wife said i could get new if i wanted and was looking at a new r3r or a 2013 fjr1300 but found a great deal on a used c109rt with only 2,200 miles on it. It has cobra pipes and fatty engine guards. Probable wont spend near as much time on this site but have really enjoyed the people and the good information here. One of the main reasons not to get another rocket is no local dealer and the good deal i got. The big boulevard actually weighs more than my 2005 rocket but it does scoot down the road quite well, not the low end torque of the rocket and wont lift the front tire on demand like the rocket but moves out quite well. Would like to have this bike for a good long time but would definately say a rocket would be a pleasure to have in the future. The center of gravity on the boulevard feels much lower on the c109 which i like but actually it to me is another big cruiser just a little different flavor. Was going to go sport tourer but i really like big cruisers. Anyway this is a great forum, and i'll still check in from time to time.

Not a bad replacement for a Rocket.
By the way, if Suzuki hadn't built the C109 we'd not have the Exedra Max, so I for one am thankful for that.
Safe roads.

The Suzuki *109 series is a beast for sure. OK, maybe not in same league as the Rocket but it is still a Harley stomper, or as I like to call it "Hog Hunter", no doubt. (throw the Gipro w/atre on for a bit of extra zip :D) Enjoy the new ride.
