The sump how many bolts in sump plate I count 19 and five different plugs plate still seems tight any tricks on getting it off

The manual says "remove the sump bolts and lower the sump" .Seems pretty straight forward:mrgreen:

I would use something with a thin blade to make an opening ,then gently use some pry bars to lever it off.
Its the goo they put in there holding it tight and that stuff sets like concrete.
Heating it up with a hot air gun might soften the goo a little.

Val there are a few almost in the mddle but closer to the left side of the bike about 2 inches in. I will be home in 45 minutes. Since my engine is upside down I can count and take a picture to show you the ones I think your missing. Leave the plugs alone all the bolts have the same size hex. 8 mm I believe.

21bolts found the little buffers where you said also found piece of a bearing cage looks like that's my problem will have to identify bearing now

Bet two of these three pointed out by the ink pens were what you were looking for.

I see you found some metal bearing parts. did you pull the plates off the screen areas to look at what they caught. I am betting your rear left one has more fragments in it.
If you look up from that screen you can see the two bevel gears. one is from the output of the tranny the ather one is one the rear output drie to the drive shaft.

there were some particles not much though but what i found looks like a piece of bearing cage and i found it on forward screen is there a bearing that can fail at forward end.

can you post a picture of the bearing part? The only rollerbearing up front that I can think of right now is the one on the balancer shaft thats on the same side of the engine that the oil filter is on. Let me ponder while in front of the two engines I have in the basement.
