I have a new old stock one T3990192 for the Silver engine cases here in my shed. There is also a Black case version T3990194. They are identical mechanically with the improved bearings etc band apparently the casing often gets damaged when they fail like your did.

My set came with the new Silver case as well.
Black case: Cover, Output Shaft, Black T1260442
Silver case: COVER O/P SHAFT PAINTED T1260441 (Notes: Up to VIN 242554)

There are 3 covers listed with different part numbers and VIN or engine numbers

Greetings friends, I am quite terrified. After repairing and taking care of almost everything, the oil light kept coming up on the highways so we brought down the sump only to find this. does anyone knows what can this be? The bike turns on, rides quite well, gears change is ok, but the oil pressure was low (hence the sump removal) but there is so much debris. Please, help!
It's whats left of a ball bearing

[[[[UPDATE]]]]
The engine is finally down, took everything out and… well… one bearing disintegrated as soon as we touched it, 3 balls fell inside the engine, but we’ll find them later, the other one has still balls in it and quite bad also. Sharing pics now. I just saw in previous answears here that Triumph sends FAG bearings, but the ones here are Korean FAG,. So we went for the NSK Italian made with C3, now it all is left is put it all back together. Hope it goes well.
All your advices came really handy, couldn’t be more grateful to all of you
