Some pretty cool Police Officers

Somebody has to do it. Maybe that line of work really attracts some rough individuals but my hat is off to the folks that run the rigs.:):):):)
have been on the drilling steady since 1980 STILL love it
Rough and tough work requires rough and tough men!
Time spent working undercover within various segments of the criminal population (including outlaw bikers) taught me there are decent folk in ALL walks of life.
NOBODY deserves to be pulled over simply because of their appearance, dress, hair or dirty face!
PERIOD! I never did and I made more criminal arrests than most.

Just sayin' . . .
he said that one day at a bike run when half the oilfield trash in the county were getting drunk (him included matter of fact he called his cop buddies to give us all a ride home there was like 15 to 20 of us) he was one of the most standup guys I still know today

I got into the oil patch in 1980 but didn't stay in it near as long as you - we kept the igloo full of silver bullets.... When we were deep, slow drilling we would run out to the fresh water pit n strip down to red wings n drawers & go swimming. When the Kelly got low we would run up to the floor n make a connection in said wardrobe    Dumbasses

In North Wales they measure your number plates and check the margin area. One Harley rider had the correct size plate but had a chrome "Born to Ride" surround - this made his plate smaller than acceptable - he got fined. In all walks of life - you get good and bad.
