Sold My Rocket
Sorry for your loss. Mine may still be available then (2011 Roadster). I have not been trying to sell it because I can't find the time to button it back together since getting the other one out of the shop. It will be a good deal for somebody.
 
Thanks for all the well wishes, it was a hard decision but in the end I had to a long story short I have 3 herniated disks and osteoarthritis and need a back op to fix and a fusion, anyway they gave me an injection that stops the pain until the op and well I felt a bit better and the weather was good first time in ages so I went for a ride (first one in ages as I am not suppose to) and did more damage, so lesson learnt the hard way they patched me up and now I cant ride until my big back op and that’s some time away, so since I cant trust myself not to sneak out for a ride I sold my bike and put the money in a fixed term deposit ready for when my back is fixed.
 
good to see you have the right idea I have mate up here had similar thing happen and he did the same just couldn't stay of the bike whats worse he owned the local bike shop (since sold it to a moron that ran it into the ground) a while after the fushion op he was back in the saddle but wears a back support so we will see you back out there again
 
I'm hoping that Canberra and Amanda , Mitchy , Hunty , Ponters and Mittzy and some of the others will be able to join you (and us) on that trip Les.. anyway me and Catherine are planning on it. So hopefully Pete you'll be having a few of us visiting mate. Seeing as though some of the fellas couldn't make RDU and Tassie after RDU we decided to wait until timing is better for all
