I got mine from "Leatherneck Jim", found his website. US based. They're mounted with Easi Brackets....great 'cos leaves the bike clean rest of the time and allows the luggage to be easily carried. Have used them for two week long trips to FGrance. Thet still look miny and kept the weather out. Not huge, but a good size.
The K-Drive bags are good. Hold up well in the wet too. Three 10 hour days of riding in the rain and my gear stayed dry. Not as fancy as the Triumph bags (if you don't need a lot of "embellishers" to get from point A to B it will work for you). If you just need to get them back to bag shape, get Flip's liners.
Sam, we've had several threads on this. I bought the Edge bags and quick disconnect brackets. The bags are sturdy, cavernous and waterproof (Tek leather). A set of $50 (ebay) bag liners fit nicely into them. They've recently come out with some new styles. Mine hinge at the front but I believe some now have the more conventional inside hinge. They also now have locking feature.
Mine have three quick release side buckles plus one at the rear. I would never get the three side buckles again because I am just tired of fooling with them every time I want to open the bag. I wanted to approximate the design of the stock bags though.
This is the link to the site. They appear to now only have two buckles.
I would also check out the Easybrackets and have less of a side angle than the Edge. The Edge is a universal bracket that requires a bit more fitting, plus the bags sit on carriage bolt faces rather than the bracket itself. It is just a consideration. Both the Easy and Edge are lockable.
The good news is that you have many great options for aftermarket bags.
Edit: I just corrected the link. This is the bag I bought, the ED-SBR-103. It comes in two sizes. Large and huge. If you go to the legand on the left of the page you can view all the different models.
