I really don't remember mine being rubber mounted, I recently can across the original risers in a box, I don't remember seeing any rubber spacers or anything.

Would these tires pass inspection for ecta? I would have on bike for this run I would trailer in this scenario.

Pretty small and I reckon would need different wheels.

All the Touring bikes I have tuned have the rubber mounted handle bars. One rider I know did not like the rubber mounting so he had metal bushings made to replace the rubber bushings.

Yea..I notice it every time I use the handlebars to pick it up off its side.

The 2010 Fatboy came that way. Lasted about a week and hard mounted them.
