It's a custom made on Zazzle.com. You can search for "<your state> license plates" and you can select from the different styles. Starting with the license plate as a base, I added my own words top and bottom.

I just got off the phone with the Holiday Motel; they are all booked up. On top of that there is a rally that weekend which usually happens in April. Has anyone booked eslewhere other than the Holiday? The guy said that there is a Comfort Inn right across the street. He took my name and number if there is a cancellation....cool.
