OK guys,
I got my vacation time cleared and the wife says OK.
My plan is to leave on the 10th and head to Tulsa.
after that ???? Plan on being in Maggie valley by the 13th.
Leave Maggie valley on the 16th and Head to Penn. and Kentuckey till the 19th then slowly head home. Taking off 14 days and plan over 5000 miles.
Would love to meet up with other captians on the way.
I will have my wife and 16 year old daughter in following in the truck.

I say we have Rob and Gabbi do like they did last time. Do the meals under the tent when we get back from riding.That way all we have to do is get off the bikes and eat and party right there at the motel.And the food was good the price was reasonable too.

First timer for this event. I will be arriving on the 11th and if there is anything I can do to help out, please let me know. I have a couple of questions; Do we bring our own food? Is food purchased and we all pitch in?

Breakfast --- There is a restaurant on site at the motel ... I am going to coordinate a breakfast buffet every morning for anyone that want to participate
Lunch - There will be a designated lunch stop during the rides everyday. Where you can purchase lunch.
Dinner - Friday I will be providing a cookout hamburgers and dog --- Donations will be accepted to cover the cost.
Saturday & Sunday --- Dinner will be catered at the motel for those that want to participate Menu and cost to be provided soon.
there are also several local places to eat in case you don't want to participate in the planned meals.

Jackson, you'll have a great time. Steve does a great job organizing things and the motel owners really go out of their way to make sure everyone has a great time.
