Below is the updated headcount as of 1/24/2010. Please review and let me know if there are any corrections to be made. As of 1/24/2010 there are no rooms left at the discounted rates so if you need help arranging accommodations let me know. Also if anyone has a spare bed in their room and wants to share room cost let me know. I will bee posting the evening menus for review and approval by the end of this week. I also need to finalize the road captains and support vehicles so those that want to volunteer Please let me know so I can start finalizing the ride schedule so far I have the following volunteers.
