Rockets Across America II - 2007
FYI Everyone

First I think we need to buy Jared dinner when we get to his fair City. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty. The blocked rooms at the Super 8 on the west side are still in effect and will remain so until 4pm on July 6. If not confirmed with a credit card by then, gone. I believe the ride over to the Beach area from the west side is not going to take that long, after all we are riding Rockets. (Comments from Jared welcome.) Since there was interest in rooms over next to the Beach that is why the Harding Inn was brought up. I prefer the Super 8 on Charlotte Pike because it is right off of the Interstate and by the time this old butt hits Nashville I don't want to spend time looking for the motel. To each his own. If any of you guys want to stay closer to the Bikini Beach area, then please check further into the Harding. Also Bigern is sharing a double room with me. I don't know how many more doubles are open at the West side 8 so if anyone wants to share, you better check now. All of the blocked rooms are singles.
 
Staying the course

I'm stickin' with you Britman! Can't we all get along ! Seriously though, we need to stay tight knit, not all spread out over town. That way when we come down out of the rooms and invade the front breakfest room in the mornings, we can run the unwanted out and leave more breakfest goodies for ourselves ! Bigern

please excuse the misspelled words earlier. i was in a hurry this morning and didnt proof read. plus, there will be no comments from me on yall riding rockets. i love those bikes. they are big and awesome. i sell them. if yall need me to go look at any hotels around town or need anything, dont hesitate to ask. i will do whatever it takes to make sure that yall have agreat time here so maybe yall will come back another time too. maybe i can meet yall for dinner and some drinks fri or sat night.:bch:

Have we reached a consensus yet about where to stay? I see the "souper ate" one is listed on the top of the previous page, is that the original one? I just want to go ahead and reserve a room in my name.
Hooters sounds good for a place to eat and meet.

As far as I can ascertain, there are a block of rooms at the Super 8, 6924 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, Tenn 37209. Phone 615-356-6005. The National Reservation Number for Super 8 is: 1-800-8000.

Rusty, BigErn, Britman and myself are already booked. I believe Raymond, Piggr and Tomo are also booked. Rusty Rooster, and I are doubling up and BE and Britman are doubling up.

See, my spelling got immeasurably more proficient.
 
I'm not booked.... I'm a very unlikely maybe at this point and will have to play it by ear. I have a family matter that I have to keep tabs on but don't let me dampen your plans.

I don't know about the PigMan.. I don't think he ever said he was going with his new son and all... You might want to PM him before you add him to the list...
