Thought you guys may get a laugh looking at a poor mans cable guide, made from a cable clamp.


Also had to make a longer support between car and bike.

1 1/4" DOM tubing with threaded weld in bungs.

Weld her up and install.


Installed.


Some exterior shots of the hatchback....car battery.....fuse box etc.



To do: Bleed front brakes......test rides and final adjustments....remove and reinstall a few parts that need painting......do something about the Moto Guzzi emblems on the saddlebags !!!!! Hopefully get all of this stuff done this week.

wow great fabrications looks great very well done. I think now at my age I should have done that being a grandpa now thinking if I would have done that I could be taking my granddaughter for rides and my dog lol great work

Solved my logo problem with my vinyl cutter.


And added some extra foot rest.


Still doing testing and adjustments this week.
Finally got the brakes bled.......pita with the upside down calipers, didn't think I was ever going to get all the air out.

Very nice too bad you didn't live here in Canada you could of took my dog for a test test ride, that cart should be big enough . I like it

First thing I had to do was make a new axle out of some 20 mm stock

Here is everything mounted, along with a leading link front end, that I also built.

The most time consuming is aligning the mounts for the brake calipers, and of course I have ordered longer brake lines.

Still have a lot to do before mounting the car........will keep you posted if anyone is interested.

Very impressive, tidy shop not like mine lol. If I hadn't built the trike I think I would now have built a sidecar outfit. It would have been easier to load my wheelchair, a lower ramp. Did thousands of miles when I was younger on outfits.

Found a shifter on ebay for 50 bucks. I like it so much better that the heel toe. More room to rest my foot on the floorboards.
