I doubt it holds one gallon less fuel.. It's the same bike as the Standard except for the obvious changes (exhaust, peg location, seat, ) .. and apparently has better shocks.. :)

This from the London newspaper. Are all Rocket III's electronically restricted as is the new Roadster to do no more than 120 MPH? Doesn't seem right to me......
Tuneboy or a GiPro will elliminate that pesky speed limiter.

Picked my roadster up today. I put the TOR's on it. They were $499.00
As far as advertised HP and Torque, those numbers are at the crank and not at the rear wheel where it counts. AS soon as I get her broken in and put in the syn oil, I'm going to put her on a dyno and do a couple of pulls to see what she has. Then, the fun with the tuneboy and see what we can get out of her. After that session, I'll install the triple filters and chunk the AB. By all rights she'll go lean. Then the fun. More fuel and more power.
Someone mentioned about loosing gas mileage with the extra power from a good tune. That's false. It was an even trade on my Bonnie. With extensive engine work and a 50+% increase in RWHP, mileage stayed the same. Bike was more efficient and took less throttle for same results.

Not knowing the r3 yet I certainly can't argue that fact. Good thing I didn't buy it for fuel economy.lol It was an even trade on my Bonnie.
Hoowever, if you use the wot you would use more gas.
Oh well, there goes the mileage.

NOT TRUE if you tune correctly youll get better mileage at cruise speed ;)
WOULD YOU STAY THE HELL OUT OF **** YOU HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT ALREADY. Since you don't own, commute or pleasure ride this bike ... there can be absolutely no possible way that you can comment on this topic. If Phil had not actually met you, I'd still swear you were 12.
**** you're annoying.
