just a thought if the stepper proves to be Ok you may be needing to get your dyno guy to lower the switch point on the F/L tables in the ECU

OK. This is not my job but, You got those pipes a fair while back, that batch of packing was, well crap, as Graham and I discovered. Ric has got new packing which is fine in fact very good, and he is sending it to you, so I think the noise problem will be over. Bike will run smoother with the baffle packed properly, but if Fred says the stepper is dodgy it probably is. He is pretty switched on, thats why I sent you there. I would suggest you do not mess with any settings etc until he can look at it when he returns fro USA. If you get in and adjust all sorts of stuff it will make it harder for him to fix. Bike doing good power and torque with those air filters, should ride well. Cheers guys.

Thank You Nev for all you have done, your kindness is duly noted. I have no intention of messing with ANY settings.... I would probably *** it up.
I do want to investigate that stepper motor when Fred gets back I think if it is indeed playing up... Then it may be a warranty issue??? Everyone I have spoken to when mentioning Procycle has praised Fred and his work. myself included....
I will talk to Fred when he gets back, Maybe next month to give him time to settle back into things.....
In the mean time I will repack the pipe as Ric has instructed (Pretty Easy)

Never mind Uncle Hans you do not want me to put your bike on the dirty bike list it will cost you more for insurance plus every other Rocket owner will not talk to you while you are on the list.
You must be doing something wrong while mowing the lawn, when I am sitting in the 100degree heat watching my wife mow the lawn she does not get any dust on my bike
