Going to install it myself. Bought a manual tire changer at Harbor, works great on my KZP 1000 tires. Might have t make an adapter for the 240, but I got a welder too. Bought a balancing stand as well.

Which tire changer did you get from Harbor the portable or the mini ? Have you tried it with the 240 tire yet ? I think I'll get one too. Save me a hundred mile drive to the dealor !

Fred, I used it on my Kawasaki changes, but not the 240. My thumb was hurting from my dog accident and I whimped out. See my recent post on tire change and driveline spline greasing. I think you can see the changer in one of the pics.
