Hi just wondering what is the best setting for the standard rear shock on a r3r please i weigh 80 kilograms solo riding as well thanks

I have adjusted the rear shocks and still no luck with finding the sweet spot. Going to install some progressive shocks and see how that works along with new springs in the front forks from progressive.

Best setting for standard shocks is airborne in the direction of a passing dog.

I weigh a bit less. Doing the measurements is best if you can lift the rear end. If not, start with 1, assuming there are 5 stops. I have progressive 444 set at the first (top) ring.

any one want to trade a light spring for the stock heavy one.
