Standard Bore
2008 R3T, 30,000 miles, has run excellent from day one. No mods, tunes or anything, only a few add-ons. After a winter lay up, then a couple rides around the block the last month or so. She just won’t turn over, only get a “click” when hitting the start switch.
I’m hoping the wisdom of the Captain’s can point in the right direction.
I’ve read recently about key blanks.... ilco makes one..I lost all three of mine.... don’t laf, you might be next.
Sooo, I removed the ignition switch and had one made, the bike ran fine for those few short rides. Few days later is when the “won’t turn over” issue started.
The battery is hot, all connections are good, including ground to frame.
Have others had this plague?
