R3 Exhaust question/s

The Dyno Jet Web site is wrong PCV works on all R3s. Should read Auto Tune. It adjusts the fuel trim as you ride.

Gutting the stock pipes can be done , but I believe it is a lot of hassle and you can kiss goodbye to the chrome ! There are threads here that describe the job , more than one way to skin a cat , I believe is one of them ?
Better to find a set of tors on eBay and keep the stocks , which will improve resale value of the bike !
KnN just supply the pod filters and you will have to find your own way to connect in the AF sensor , altho this isn't hard , and a way to vent the crankcase !
The Ramair comes as a complete kit , with a boss for the AF sensor and an extension cable , plus a small pod filter for the crankcase breather . This system fits neatly under the bearclaw !
The power commander v comes with generic tunes which wont be ideal for your bike so you will need it programmed by a dyno tuner or / and add a power commander auto tune , referenced here as an AT .
This route gets expensive with the purchase of the Pcv , the AT plus finding a local dyno tuner and their fees .
Your best bet is the Tune ECU which is a free download from Google play store , the Lonelec interface cable and a laptop , thru which you can load tried and tested tunes from members here . Then , as and when you could have your bike tweaked on a dyno at a later date ! You will have to talk to others here regarding tuning as I am by no means a competent ! I use the Pcv and a dyno tuner but am currently learning the tune ecu myself !
