There are 400 odd Mongols MC in Australia nowadays .. patched over a large percentage of FINKS MC a month or so ago. FINKS were the 'nobody f#cks with them " club here in Australia.

Truth is something needed to be done to reel-in some of the members of some of the clubs ..that was evident by the escalating violence and tit-for-tat reprisal goings-on.

The really silly part of this is that if a couple of bikers beat the dog**** out of someone minding his own business, isn't that already against the law? If biker is selling meth or whatever, isn't selling meth already unlawful? Incredible. BTW, how do they differentiate between outlaw and non-outlaw clubs? In the U.S., we have clubs like BoozeFighters who are hard core bikers but not 1%ers.

Tc might be able to help you with a link .a lot of the trouble started in the area of Queensland where I live on gold coast .it was just the finks back then drawing the attention of the authorities 30years ago is as far as I can remember were just getting in a bit of trouble for being involved in the drug scene. Then over the last 20 years with the introduction of most of the other biking organisations , There was just to many of these gangs wanting the largest slice of the our community . The shooting and knifings and the odd person thrown out of high rise buildings .then the banditoes started to grow in numbers and creating trouble .enough was enough when these young guys started throwing there wieght around and trying to claim our town as there's .some thing had to be done businesses were suffering and the community over all was getting sick of putting up with this crap on a daily basis . initially what Newman has done for our town in my opinion has definatly Improved things down here . it would seem he may have gone a bit over the top with some of the changes .hopefully these situations will be resolved as we proceed forward .to be honest with you I think you'll find the majority of people in this community would be content with the way things have turned out and could not care aless about what is happening to those that are locked up waiting for trials to start . While there in prison we've got peace and quiet ,for how long who knows

A brave Qld Magistrate has defied the ***cwit Governments attempts to have " bikie criminals" sent to mandatory prison sentences with 23 hour a day solitary confinement , pink uniforms , no visitors , no television etc etc. He has refused to sentence three alleged "associates" for their refusal to participate in Star Chamber questioning. He pointed out the evidence and well documented mental health concerns of prolonged solitary confinement. He quoted the ***cing ridiculous historical belief that if offenders are left with " their conscience , a bible and time alone to ponder their life" .. a positive change of character will result. He cited the reality of mental problems that actually result and their impact on the individual and the community upon their release. Instead of the mandatory 6 month sentence he handed down 28 days , allowing for time already served. Justice is perhaps not dead and buried in Qld just yet
