Progressive 440s - Review

Ordered a pair today from bike revival, should be hear tomorrow and k&n`s should be here thursday plenty to do whilst it`s raining lol

Heres a question - say some mofo twists each of the 440 shocks around different amounts, therefore they are set different on each side. How do you "reset" the shocks in order to set them for yourself again?

Easy,just twist them till they look the same :wink:

Are the Progressives designed for specific makes of bike? That is, are the mounting rings machined for metric and SAE or are they a common size for all bikes?

A friend who has a performance V-twin shop orders parts for me at cost. He fits Progressives to Harleys but has never ordered for a metric. I wouldn't want him to order the incorrect ones.

I am with you on the fat Perds. I can't figure out how this happened to me either. Must just be part of the aging process but I never thought it would happen to me...

Just brought 412 progressives $200 about a £100 from the states 11.5"Still in HM customs so thats gunna cost me.Got wilber springs in the forks but havnt tried them out yet cause i still aint got me other bits.So the bike is still in bits.
