Hi all.
I have had 4 good years out of my 2005 R3 running a Pig9 scpecial tune ,tuneboy, K&n's and Japanese sports pipes. Anyway had the symptoms of the dreaded faulty TPS and bought a new one from my dealer after trying the tuneboy reset. The newest TPS has different part number but appears to be identical to old one except for a small o-ring. The new one has lasted 2 months and **** itself on 1st 100 degree day. I was hoping some of you maybe able to share your experiences and maybe photos of the metal shim hombre mentioned a while ago that goes along towards fixing the problem. They charge $300 oz for the tps in Australia robbing bastards!
Cheers Mav68
