Pred 3 into 2 tune

I have the 3 into 2 preds and have loaded a tune from here for 3 into 1 that was written more for gas economy than performance. It popped a lot under decel so I inreased the relevent ranges as advised by a post on here. It runs (and sounds) awesome but I keep worrying if I am running lean at the high revs. Is there much difference between the tune for the 3 into 1 tune (which is basically what I'm running) and the 3 into 2 tune.
I know I should get it dynoed but there is no-one around here familiar with Tunboy and I don't want my bike used as a guinea pig. If any one knows of a tuner within 100 miles of Somerset. England who is familiar with Tuneboy I'll take it there.

send me yor reg e at askinvt1@yahoo.com and ill send you various tunes to try.. i take it you have tune boy not a pc111... while a local dyno guy may not be able to tweak the tune a dyno run with a sniffer rod up the muffler will tell you if you are running lean...
talking with my dyno guy the other day he said he has some 35 odd tunes for the f1.. the r3 like anyother bike really should be dyno'd on it's own for optimal results.. if you dont have a dynojet 02 bypass make sure youve done the tb check or whatever it is to by pass it..
course if brian would get his bike to vegas dynojet could set up the pc5 for this bike then tb becomes an ilrelavant option
 
What is the benefit of a PCIII if a local dyno shop can't tune it. It's just a matter of moving that tune onto the Tuneboy and problem solved...isn't it?

Pig9r rents a PCIII. Rent and dyno shouldn't be more than...? Though I dont know that he ships it to England. :eek:

Aside front relevant TRIII matters was Greenspans statement that unemployment would rise above 10% and stay that way for a protracted period. Because protracted pain lead to settlement for more pain killers.
Using highly corrupted and only relatively recent instituted (Greenspan era), his 10% equates to double that in the 1930s. Today; persons that are both, not looking for work and not receiving unemployment checks are not counted.
Entitlements are running out and the Supremes have already interpreted that FICA nor social security are not entitlements.

AND! Does anyone really believe that a government run by criminals really gives a **** about people subsisting on unaccounted for handouts. There is already a tax on your garage sales incomes. The barter system is likewise unlawful if you dont pay taxes on it.

And NATO is taking unprecedented actions worldwide to protect corporate greed.

that's true.. however the new pc5 allows mapping in all gears.. timing restriction eliminator.. on the ride auto tuning, ability to switch maps on the fly and a lcd screen option..
but as you say he could rent the pc11 then copy to tb
 
Ive lept into the linux world very recently. Open source and far more secure and at the same time everyone can contribute.

It's great to have the means to modify a tune with a tweak here or there, determined through a myriad of means, immediately after a new tune is posted.

And if I don't like it, I drag the laptop back out and reinstate the last good tune. I can tune her at tight as a fiddle or as loose as a base, at will. As opposed to being led like sheep.

As is inevitable Im again caught in my unawares: Ive absolutely no knowledge of the PC5. but i shall become informed shortly

If we could get someone to get a Rocket to Dynojet in Vegas, then we could get our paws on the PC5. Then there would be no need to dyno tune or worry about what tune to run or have to rely on piss poor customer service from Tuneboy.
 
yeppers.. gipro gear indicator or pc5 for timing restrictions.. yank the secondarys.. no more issues with tb.. ya your speedo isnt corrected...hah when do you ever watch the speedo.. tb is a diagnostic but given the new tps under warranty by triumph i'm not really feeling the luv
 
ya know i'm bet'n i could score not only the pc5 but an lcd display for free from them.. just have to leave when there's no traffic on the 91... about 2-3 am would do it...
