I know where I'm taking my FBG. I'm tired of the service from the local dealer. Not at all accommodating. Their inference that I'd don't know what a lower timing gear noise sounds like really torques my jaws. It's a failure on Newnan's behavior of getting cheap on a timing set replacement, with my 07 Tourer. I swear it's a left over 05 engine. I believe the cheap keys on the crank/gear keyway is/was the root of the problem. If I'm not mistaken the problems are isolated to 05s and the Touring 07s??? The Silver engine models. For some warranty repairs the owner were fortunate to get the timing chain replaced in the full package change. Then Newnan went cheap and only authorized the gear and tensioner. It was wrong. Plain wrong! And then, I didn't buy local and they know it. OK! If you don't buy from the local market you don't get personal service. It that the business model adopted by Triumph of America, or your local dealer:mad:

It's funny that our economy has been perverted into a service society, for the FIRE empire, but the concept of providing real service has yet to be perfected. FIRE empire is finance, insurance and real estate. Notice how well they've been doing lately

I imagine Power-Tripp Performance won't give a crap where I bought my bike! And will be far more accommodating.
