First off what year bike do you have? Touring or Roadster? I think pc5 only works with 2009 and newer (according there there website). Not sure of the touring but if its a roadster I would use the 21-003-004 or the 21-003-005 map but remember this is with tune ecu using map 020355 and secondaries ether full open (map 005) or stock (map 004). You may run a little rich being that these tunes are for the jardine system but its better than being lean and would be better than the stock map.
The PCV will work with all models there are extensive discussion on it if you do a search you will be enlightened
Remember these maps can get you close but every bike is different and atmospheric temp and pressure is different for different locations. The best way is a trusted and proven dyno test/adjust or if your like me live in the sticks and the only guy (a..hole) with a dyno for hundreds of miles won't let any bike on his machine except a harley.
