Oil type?

@GuzziLarry the Mobile 1 15w50 4 rt was the old oil and still is a good oil as well as the newer recommendations of the Castrtol oil Power1 4T 10w40 . Myself I am using RedLine 20w50 right now which I am liking.

AMS oil makes a good motorcycle oil all though it is also a 20w50
I have heard great things about the Motul 300 V 15w50 which I was going to run but to buy locally I had to go with the RedLine product. If your bike is stock any of the above will be fine in it.

Not realizing you are someone that takes offense to an offer of assistance, I made the apparent egregious mistake of merely attempting to help you get better/faster assistance.
I just can't see what was written in my post that caused you such anger that you had to hammer at it for two additional posts.

You have a '14 Rocket 3? It's not on the list under your photo. I have a '05, do you still have? That would be four. 'Course I hate the fact that I've parted with all my old Norton's, Guzzi's. I even cared for a early Soft Tail Harley for a bit... Now I'm rattling on. Ride well.
 
Yes.. I still have the 05... Will not part with it as I've done numerous upgrades and although a Triumph R3 it is a different feel ride vs the 14. Ride often.. Ride safe..
