Oil Drain Plug washers

I'm not sure which is which here:

Sump & Fittings. For 2014 Triumph Rocket III Touring | Hermys Tire & Cycle Inc.

The 3 plug engines need One Number 3 T3550123 and Two Number 14 T3558989.

I know that they can be purchased from the Auto parts store but can't recall the size that the guy posted. A friend and I picked up two 14mm washers today but they look like the one I got from Triumph. The guy at West Bay opened up their washer bin and they just had the size, 14mm, with thing about inside or outside diameter or thickness.

What I don't want to do is dump the oil only to find the washers bunged up by some ham fisted mechanic. At the Gorst dealership, it was actually an auto dealer with a couple of mechanics who went to the Triumph factory school.

I did every oil change on my 07, to include the 500 break in oil and used proper torque settings. I used new washers for the 500 and then at 5x but then reused them for the next three ( changed it every 5K). Before I gave it to my son I did another oil change and used new washers. I wish I'd kept the old ones but did not.

Just found the phone number for the guy who posted the sizes on another Rocket site and called to leave him a message. If he still has it I'll post the information in this thread.

Gavin, thanks so much for your generous offer but I know I'll be able to get them. I can go to Seattle if need be.

We lost both of our local Triumph dealers, one in Gorst about 15 minutes from here and the other in Tacoma. I was able to buy an oil filter and one washer from leftover stock at the Gorst dealer the other day. I've tried to find them both on ebay and through general search and come up washers for every bike but the R3.
So, I've got the oil and the filter but not the correct washers. I recall reusing them on my 07 Classic without any leaks. I'd rather not do it on my 09 because though.
So has anyone purchased any generic aluminum washers from an auto parts store? If so, what the dimensions? I recall a guy posted them on the other site years ago but, well, that was years ago.
If I had some leftovers from my other R3 I'd take them down and match them, but I don't.

I have a bunch - come on over for a visit!
Or remove plugs and take with to auto parts for proper fitting while the oil drains.

I just got the pic from Mitch. He called and then sent me the pics and the part numbers. It's odd that they didn't have aluminum so he went with copper crush washers. I've got to save the files and then will post the pics in a few.

And yes I do need to get over one morning for coffee.

And here are the dimensions.

If you happen to be "frugle" or forgetfull, their aluminum, get a can of beer for moral support and a chunk of 320 grit wet or dry sandpaper, chug beer and make circles ontop of water wetted sandpaper untill sharp edges are removed, do both sides....good as new....

I used to anneal copper washers and and items like copper head gaskets on the old Triumphs, and do exactly what you suggested for aluminum. I just need to get through this first oil change on my 09 without leaking oil drain bolts then I'll be good to go.

Actually 14mm on the larger washers I believe, which is the two I just bought. He just used SAE measurement

07 with 37000 miles same washers changed every 5000 miles. zero leaks
changed myself no jolly green giants working on mine
