I know there are a zillion threads on this, but I have seen different positions. After converting to 3 K&Ns, is it better to disable/remove the O2 sensor, of stick a filter on it and let it function?. Does it not give valid information if it is not in the duct?
I think you are confused. The O2 sensor mounts in the exhaust system. It is recommended that you remove it and disable the sensor in Tuneboy. I have also added a O2 eliminator from dynojet. The air temp senor in the intake plenum should be removed from the plenum and fitted with the appropriate air filter and then mounted as close to the intake as possible.
