No Time

Received tire last Wednesday via UPS. A BF Goodrich G Force Comp 2 A/S 225-55-ZR16. Had to work all weekend and now it looks like the same for next weekend. Cats love it. All three of them think it is the greatest play toy ever. Wife is getting tired of looking at a tire in HER living room. The Avon is getting past my comfort zone. In this heat what tread is showing will not last long. I was hoping to pull the tire in the morning and find a place in the afternoon to mount the new tire. Then the next day install tire and rim and take it out for a ride. Looking like it will be after the first. Still riding but going to keep a good eye on the Avon. Thought about just parking the Rocket and ride the Harley to work and back. Even thought about driving the car. Just can not bring myself to doing that.

Going to get the tire and rim off in the morning. Hopefully my homemade adapter plate for the jack works. Looking forward to getting it done and so is my wife. Not a hole lot left to the Avon just about down to the core.
