No oil in tank?

Went back and checked parts drawing, I was wrong, looks like no o-ring required. Sorry

O ring came with the new valve from what i can remember.

Thanks for straightening that out, felt like there was an o-ring but couldn't find it in the drawing. Memory plays tricks some times.

What about

I replaced spring, valve and o ring and lubed it all with oil before installation but it still drains down the same as before. It must be finding another way to drain down.
Any ideas?

What about the o-ring on that drain plug, it's different from other two drain plugs.

All drain plug o rings replaced too.

On mine, all three have sealing washers and only one, the center one, uses an o-ring, it's made different, think it's to stop leakage from tank valve.

I did replace all of them with genuine triumph parts.

Yes mine does. 2006 standard with over 50K miles.

here is a pic of the powerbronze shield it is a two parts and channeling air upward it mount on the original fitting threaded holes the mounted upper shield I mounted is the small one there is one which is much larger
