Well the Metzler was bald and steel cords poking through (4452 miles) So thought I would give the car tire a try! Its definately different! but after about 30 miles, barely noticeable! I have not pushed it really hard into the corners yet! But a light graze of the feelers under the pegs! no problem! only time I really felt the difference was very slow speed! but nothin that was un managable! on another note! my Dealer has a new roadster in the showroom! I really like the new foot peg location! hopefully a retro kit is offered! will be my next purchase!
OF COURSE put the MT back on the bikeI have the Riken Raptor on my 07 Classic. It was on the bike when I got it and looks like new. For me, it handles fine everywhere except on uneven pavement at very slow speeds. A small groove in the grocery store parking lot just about pitched me over the other day. I am running about 35psi in it. Any suggestions on how to make it not be so pushy at slow speeds? Suggestions from anyone that actually owns a R3 with a CT would be appreciated!
