Thanks all for the welcomes. On the list already: proper white light headlamp bulbs (PIAA?). Proper shocks - Progressive 444's from reading the threads 12.5 inches is stock length. Front crash/dresser bars. I don't see the front bars on the Triumph accessory website only the rears though. Removed the pillion saddle already. No idea on exhaust right now.

I see you in Antioch which is not as far away as I thought in CA. I have done the run up the Mines Road from my place in Los Gatos many times then on to Livemore but not as far north as you.

Check with your local dealer for availability. I believe the part # is A9758099 for the front dresser bar. Got mine a couple months ago.
There is also an adjustable mount available for the highway pegs to give more options for location.
