New 2013/4 Roadster

Starting to hit the dealers

May I ask where those pics are from, Sinai? (if you don't want disclose where you're from Sinai, I understand, and I PM would be great). I'm waiting for delivery on one here in the USA, so am excited to learn when they hit these shores.

The pics are from my dealer in UK who just received the bike last Thursday, as I was inquiring on the price for export as I want to order one to replace my 2010 Roadster.
I'm based in Sinai Egypt.

Congrats, Sinai!

I figured the bike was in the UK, as the articles have stated it would roll out in the UK in March and elsewhere starting in April. My vain hope it was hitting the USA early was a bit too optimistic.

May I ask why you made the switch from the '10 to the current model? As far as I can tell, the differences are primarily the paint and removing the power restrictions on gears 1-3, which most would do anyway. Whatever your reasons, I hope to read your report and comparison on the bikes.

Cheers!

I keep a few bikes and tend to change them every couple of years or so, upgrading or getting a new or newer model. I was gonna spend a couple thousand on upgrading/changing the look of the Roadster. Then I saw they launched a new version losing a lot of the chrome for black parts which was my plan for the 2010.
I just like the look of the 2013 Roadster and the additions they made to the looks with the white stripes. More sexy!
The 2010 Roadster was the first Triumph I ever owned, and I've had about 30 odd bikes since i started riding from Fireblades, Busas, VMax to big cruisers but i liked the Roadster ever since I first rode it.

It will be interesting to see if there's any real life performance difference between the two years...
I gotta PC5 with Autotune and a Zard 3-1on the 2010 which has upped the performance. I'll be switching that over to the new bike after running it in!

sinai,
I'd like to see the Roadster with the Zards on it.
Any pix?????
