I have an all stock Roadster, just fitted the Stain Tune exhaust with collector box and now have choose a tune.
These are two Tune Ecu tunes available.
20355 - open exhaust, secondaries 100%
20355-2- open exhaust, secondaries 100% , ignition tables the same in all gears.
I have tried to compare the maps but dont understand the numbers used in the tables, can someone explain the differences rich and lean etc.
There no doubt the Stain Tune system has opened up the motor nicely, the next step dyno tune but in the meantime I like to try to improve the tuning.
Any suggestions.

with out looking at the tunes myself I would be choosing the one that has the ignition tables corrected so they are the same in all gears, If all the other tables are similar you shoulkd be fine does it tell you the creator of the tunes ie Wayne Tripp is probally the best tune maker out there JMTCW:)

Suggestion..
You could Just Load the map files into the bike ECU and Just try them out.
Comparing hands on so to speak..

But Save your original Map incase you want to put it back :)

With in regards to comparing them you could alway use the F6 function key from th the menu select compare maps, after selecting a map go upto the menu and select compare map this will allow you to select a second map to compare by pushing and holding F6 you will see the alternative map just go through the tables push F6 as you go

I am running tune 20355 for almost a year now on a 2011 Roadster. Hanso is right on about Wayne Tripp the developer of the tune. I purchased the full Jardine exhaust, and the complete set of KN filters(2780) from Power Tripp (Wayne) and he provided that tune with the package. The Bike runs awesome! This is the third Rocket I have owned and it is by far the fastest configuration experienced so far.BTW I have removed the Jars baffles and secondaries. Good Day down under.

Jag, I don't have the three KNs or the secondaries out but I thought I would put the 20355 tune for 100km ride today and see if I can feel a difference.
I don't think the secondariers are 100% opened in the 20355 tune.
The is a tune 20355 -2 which if I recall has the secondaries are 100% open and has ignition tables from 3rd,4th & 5th put on 1st & 2nd gears.

"Just do It" You won't put old plumbing(air intake tract and pentalum) back on the removal of the seconardies makes the bottom end sooo much smoother and the triple K&N's will give it so much better power you will be saying "Why did I Wait" If you have a cat delete and at the very least TORs You just won't know yourself, if you saying it has enought power for me then think of it this way it will be smoother easier to controll power. I personaly don't like the Jar's because they are just to loud for me in a droning kinda of way it is a higher pitch yet the StainTunes are loud to but deeper more mellow rumble kinda way and TORs while they are a bit raspy they are not as anoying to me JMTCW I hope helps ;)

While the Jars are indeed louder what is key in the complete system is the header which provides much better airfow into a larger collector and therefore matches up better with the tripe KN input filters. That is the specific configuration Wayne developed that tune for. I have spoken with Wayne many times and believe there is 15-20 HP in the header alone with that tune. BTW...The jars without baffles are Subwoofer low and loud! My opinion for what its worth is that 20355 would be to rich without doing the KN 2780 filters...All the Best..JAG
