I think tightening the rear axle nut to 3 million ft. lbs. per the manual is part of the problem with rear wheel bearing failures. I just give mine a decent nipping up (as the Brits say) and call it good.
Just did a video of my spare pre-Roadster final drive (It's for sale too) so you can compare @sleeves and @RJS and thought I would look at my Spare Roadster Final Drive and noticed even less lash or movement in the drive..
Absolutely Sonny. I use only All Balls replacement bearings/seals and fork seals. The best.
With his bike under warranty though, RJS might be stuck with stock Triumph bearings.
What is frustrating for all of us is to have a service manager or mechanic scratch his head and in his best Gomer Pyle voice say "Garsh fella but I ain't never seen nothin' that before."
