Well, I just received a new update The NEW Gopro 3 has been announced (1440p-HD). They claim 2x the resolution and 25% smaller and a host of more items that are really nice to have, good update.


Thanks for the update! Oh how I want one. They start shipping middle of November. 30% smaller- 25% lighter - 2X resolution and frame rate - new optics - redesigned audio - time lapse continuous mode 12M photo shot - YIKES!

As Lupe can tell you I have four batteries for my go pro2 anyhoo I was in Target the other day and they had the gopro batteries on clearence $5 each I bought all four of them.
Now I need a trailer just to haul my cameras and batteries I am a wee bit pissed about the gopro3 because it means I will have to buy it I hope my wifi and lcd screen work with the gopro3

Dont worry about your old go pro2, just give it to me and buy the 3, you dont want outdated technology
